Data Deletion
Effective date: 20 September 2026
This page explains how to delete your data from PadelRef, published by Alexey Zhuravlev under the developer name "StriveFlow Labs". PadelRef has no user accounts and no login, so there is no account to delete. Almost all of your data never leaves your device; the little that does is described below, together with how to have it deleted.
1. Data stored on your device (delete it yourself)
Your match scores, results, and history, the player names you type, your app settings, and your Bluetooth remote pairings are stored only on your device. We never receive this data and cannot access it. You can delete it at any time:
- Delete individual matches or names directly in the app.
- Uninstall PadelRef to erase all local data at once.
2. Analytics data (opt-in only)
Analytics is off by default and is sent only if you turn it on. It contains no personally identifying information - only coarse, pseudonymous usage signals (see our Privacy Policy). You can:
- Turn analytics off at any time in Settings → Privacy; no further analytics is sent.
- Request deletion of analytics already collected by emailing info@padelref.live.
3. Purchase data held by RevenueCat
RevenueCat, our payments processor, holds a record for every installation, keyed to a one-way hashed device identifier (never your name or payment details). If you bought PadelRef Premium, that record also includes your purchase and subscription status.
To request deletion, email us at info@padelref.live and include the device identifier shown in the app under Settings → Privacy - this works whether or not you have ever purchased Premium, and is the fastest way for us to find your record. If you have already uninstalled the app and no longer have the identifier, you can instead provide what you know about a purchase - for example the approximate purchase date and the Google Play order number (it starts with "GPA." and appears in your Google Play order history and confirmation email) - as a fallback for purchasers. We will delete the associated records held by RevenueCat.
If the app has been uninstalled and you cannot provide the device identifier or a Google Play order number, we may not be in a position to determine which record - if any - relates to you, and may be unable to locate anything to delete (GDPR Article 11(2)).
Google Play retains its own transaction records independently, as required for billing and tax purposes; those are governed by Google's policies, not ours.
4. How to make a request and what to expect
Send deletion requests to info@padelref.live. We will confirm and complete your request without undue delay and, in any case, within the time limits required by applicable law (for example, one month under the GDPR, extendable where permitted). We may need to verify that the request relates to your data before acting on it.
